1. Introduction

AIWEBBB ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") provides an AI-powered Link in Bio platform built for real estate professionals, allowing agents, brokers, and agencies ("Agents," "you," "your account holders") to create a public profile page, showcase property listings, and collect leads from visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using AIWEBBB, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy applies to two groups of people: Agents who create an account, and Visitors who browse an Agent's public page or submit an inquiry through it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and profile information. When you sign up, we collect your full name, email address, and password (which is encrypted and never stored in plain text). As you build your profile, you may add a profile photo, job title, agency name, phone number, WhatsApp number, contact email, website link, and social media links.
• Property listing information. Titles, descriptions, prices, currency, addresses, bedroom/bathroom counts, area, and photos that you upload for each property you list.
• Lead and inquiry information. When a Visitor submits the lead capture form on your public page, we collect the name, phone number, email address, message, and (optionally) the property they're interested in. This information is provided directly by the Visitor and is stored so it can appear in your CRM dashboard. We treat this as your data, collected on your behalf.
• Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed entirely by PayPal. AIWEBBB does not collect, see, or store your full card or bank account details — PayPal handles that under its own privacy policy, and we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
• Usage and analytics information. We log basic visit data — such as the time a page was viewed and the referring page — when someone views a published AIWEBBB page, so we can show you visitor counts on your dashboard. We may also log IP addresses for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Support communications. If you contact us for help, we keep a record of that conversation to assist you and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to: operate and maintain the Platform; publish and display your public bio page and listings; deliver leads submitted through your page into your dashboard; process subscription payments and manage billing; send you account-related emails (such as password resets or billing notices); power the AI Property Description Writer for Pro accounts; monitor, maintain, and improve the Platform's performance and security; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party cloud database and authentication provider, with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls designed so that account data is only accessible to you and, where relevant, to visitors of your published public page. Passwords are hashed, not stored as plain text. While we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. How We Share Information

• What's public by design. Content you choose to publish on your bio page — your name, photo, job title, agency, contact buttons, and active listings — is intentionally public and visible to anyone who visits your page or scans your QR code.
• Leads stay private to you. Information submitted through your lead capture form is delivered only to your account. We do not share it with other Agents, and we do not sell it to third parties, including advertisers or data brokers.
• Service providers. We share information with the third-party providers necessary to operate AIWEBBB — specifically Supabase (data storage and authentication) and PayPal (payment processing) — limited to what each needs to perform its function.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIWEBBB, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If AIWEBBB is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections described here.
• We do not sell personal information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can access and update most of your account and profile information at any time from your dashboard settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us — this removes your profile, listings, and associated account data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the right to access, correct, export, or object to processing of your data). 7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as billing records or dispute resolution), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Children's Privacy

AIWEBBB is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect information from, children. If we become aware that we've inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete it.

9. International Users

AIWEBBB may store and process information in countries other than the one you live in. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer and processing, which is carried out consistent with this Privacy Policy.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use minimal cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you logged in and to record basic page visit statistics shown on your dashboard. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

11. Third-Party Links

Your public page may link to your own external website or social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site you link to.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AIWEBBB after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
