Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIWEBBB. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AIWEBBB.

2. Description of Service

AIWEBBB is a Link in Bio platform built for real estate professionals. It allows you to create a public profile page, showcase property listings, collect leads through a contact form, manage those leads through a built-in CRM, generate a shareable QR code, and — on the Pro plan — generate AI-assisted property descriptions.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when signing up and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is intended for use by one individual or business entity.

4. Plans, Billing, and Payment

AIWEBBB offers a Free plan and a Pro plan.

The Free plan includes one Link in Bio page, up to 10 property listings, a lead capture form, a shareable QR code, a basic dashboard, and basic CRM, and displays "Powered by AIWEBBB" branding on your public page.

The Pro plan is billed at $249 per month, processed through PayPal, and includes unlimited property listings, unlimited lead capture, the AI Property Description Writer, advanced CRM, priority support, and removal of AIWEBBB branding.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize AIWEBBB, via PayPal, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. We may change our pricing from time to time; where required, we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on your account.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law. If your listings exceed the Free plan's limit at the time you downgrade, some Pro-only functionality tied to those listings may no longer be available until you're back within Free plan limits or resubscribe to Pro.

6. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide to AIWEBBB — your profile information, photos, property listings, and any leads collected through your page. By posting content, you grant AIWEBBB a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service to you and your page's visitors. You're solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, and you confirm that you have the right and authority to list the properties you publish.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI Property Description Writer, available on the Pro plan, generates draft description text based on the property details you provide. AI-generated text may contain errors, generic phrasing, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing it, and AIWEBBB is not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated content that is published without review.

8. Leads and Client Information

Leads submitted through your public page's contact form belong to you and reflect your relationship with your own prospective clients. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and follow up with this information, and for complying with any applicable privacy, marketing, or "do not contact" laws in your jurisdiction. AIWEBBB's role is limited to facilitating the capture and storage of this information on your behalf.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Violate fair housing laws or engage in unlawful discrimination in your listings or communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
• Spam or harass leads or other users
• Attempt to breach the security of the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or misuse other users' data
• Resell or sublicense access to AIWEBBB without our written permission
• Otherwise use the Platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate real estate business without our consent

10. Third-Party Services

AIWEBBB integrates third-party services, including PayPal for payment processing and Supabase for data storage and authentication. Your use of features involving these providers is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

The AIWEBBB name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are owned by AIWEBBB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Platform itself.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIWEBBB is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWEBBB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost leads, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIWEBBB harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your listings, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion. Provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AIWEBBB after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
